This policy explains how Embermyth handles information when you use the Stadium Room app and website.
1. The short version
- You can use Stadium Room without an account. Your shows, lights and settings live on your iPhone, and your lights are controlled over your own network and Bluetooth, not through our servers.
- If you create an account, we store your email and name. Shows you publish, and your profile name, photo and bio, are public.
- When you send us a report or a support message, we keep it so we can act on it and reply.
- We don't sell your data, show ads, or use tracking or advertising SDKs.
2. Information we collect
Account. An account is optional and only needed to publish shows, save shows or set up a profile. When you sign in we store your email address and the name you choose. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we also store the account identifier they give us so we can recognize you next time. If you use an email code, we send the code to your email.
Profile. You can add a profile photo and a short bio. Both are optional and public. Photos are stored with Cloudflare Images.
Shows you publish. When you publish a show to Discover, we store the show and the song it's made for (title, artist, Apple Music identifiers and ISRC), linked to your account. Published shows are public.
Saves and downloads. We count how many times each show is downloaded and saved. If you're signed in, we store which shows you saved so you can find them again.
Reports you send. When you report a person, photo, bio or show, we store the reason, any details you add, a snapshot of what you reported (such as the name, photo, bio or show title at that moment), and your app version and build, iPhone model, iOS version and language. Reports are not shown to the person you reported.
Support messages. When you contact us, we store your messages, your email address and name, and our replies. Messages sent from the app include the same app and device details as reports. Messages sent through the website contact form also record your browser's user-agent (the browser and operating system it reports).
Things we don't collect. We don't collect your listening history, location or contacts. The app has no ads and no advertising or tracking SDKs.
3. How we use it
- To run your account and sign you in.
- To show your published shows and profile in Discover, and count downloads and saves.
- To review reports and keep the community safe, including removing content or suspending accounts.
- To answer support messages and email you replies and confirmations.
- To protect the service from abuse, such as spam through the contact form.
4. What's public
Your display name, profile photo, bio, the shows you publish, and the download and save counts on your shows and profile are visible to anyone using the app. Your email address is never shown publicly.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run Stadium Room. They process data only to provide their service to us.
- Railway hosts our servers and database.
- Cloudflare delivers our emails, stores profile photos, and provides bot protection (Turnstile) on the website contact form.
- Apple and Google provide sign-in, if you choose them.
- Apple MusicKit lets the app search songs and follow playback, with your permission. That access goes through Apple; we don't receive your listening history.
6. Local network and Bluetooth
The app asks for local network access to find and stream to Philips Hue, Govee and WLED lights, and Bluetooth access to pair Aura lights. This traffic stays on your network.
7. Retention and deletion
- You can remove a show you published at any time. Copies other people already got stay in their libraries.
- You can edit or remove your bio and profile photo at any time in the app.
- To delete your account, contact support. We'll delete your account, profile and published shows.
- We keep reports and support messages for as long as we need them to keep the service safe and to answer you. Resolved support requests close automatically after 7 days without a reply.
8. Children
Stadium Room is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights too. Contact us and we'll help.
10. Changes
We'll update this policy when the app changes how it handles data, and change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
11. Contact
